A: No, our cast iron is pre-seasoned and ready to use.
Q: How do I re-season my cast iron?
A: To re-season your cast iron, thoroughly wash your cast iron with dish soap and water. Once dry, apply a thin coat of cooking oil to inside and outside of all pieces. Place oiled pieces on top rack of oven, and place a baking sheet on the bottom rack to catch possible oil drips. Bake at 160°C for 45 minutes. Let your cast iron cool completely before removing from oven to prevent burn or injury.
